Maura Rapkin is the owner of Napkin LLC. Maura derives her expertise from her experience as a Michelin level chef and a regenerative farmer, as well as her graduate studies in business and food systems. She is dedicated to conceiving solutions for a socially just, equitable, sustainable, environmentally conscious food system.
